The 7-episode program broadcast on RAI 1 on Saturday evenings was essentially based on the comedy routines of the four hosts. In particular, Aldo Fabrizi interpreted for the public some characters played in the theater, such as the Roman tram driver, Paolo Panelli recited humorous monologues while Bice Valori and Ave Ninchi acted in comic skits playing the wives of some categories of characters such as politicians or mafiosi. The show was completed by music, ballets and performances by various singers who appeared as guests on the various evenings.
The closing theme song was the famous When you say so, sung by Fred Bongusto paired with Minnie Minoprio. (click on YouTube Music)
