Hitman Tony Arzenta, in the service of a powerful criminal organisation with branches in Milan, Paris, Hamburg and Copenhagen, takes the decision to radically change his life, driven by the desire to protect his family. However, because of the sensitive information he possesses, his superiors decide that his only way out is elimination. They place a bomb in Tony's car, but in the resulting tragic explosion, instead of the hitman, his wife and son lose their lives.
This dramatic event drives Tony to take bloody revenge against his former superiors and their accomplices, determined to make them pay for the terrible loss he has suffered.
