A plane crashes in Spain and the Spanish government, together with the Russian and Chinese governments, is dealing with the tragedy. The black box of the plane contains some dangerous devices that pose a threat to global security. The three nations work together to deal with the situation and prevent these devices from falling into the wrong hands.
