In the Latin American state of Nonduras, there is a despotic and unstable dictatorship led by the dictator Bonarios, who seized power with the help of his followers, known as the 'Basettudos' because of their prominent sideburns.
Dictator Bonarios is constantly suppressing the rebels with moustaches known as the 'Baffudos'. Eventually, however, his dictatorship collapses, and Bonarios is forced to flee. When the 'Baffudos' take control, they must watch out for the 'Capelludos', another group that could pose a threat to their authority.
