Shortly after the conclusion of the Civil War, Union Captain Jeff Mulligan is captured by Machedo. The latter is an outlaw who leads a band of former Southerners, many of whom were killed on Captain Jeff's orders during the conflict. Machedo wishes to avenge the death of his comrades.
However, Captain Jeff manages to escape capture and defeat the band of ex-Southerners led by Machedo.
